I love babies so much and ever since I was a little girl, I would always gravitate to the baby in the room and want lots of cuddles. So photographing babies for work is honestly such a blessing, especially when my girls are growing up way too quick.
Some of my favourite baby photography sessions are babies of 6-12 months of age. Baby Photography at this age is absolutely adorable. It is a great way to document the next stage of your baby and show off their cute milestones they’re going through.
Baby photography sessions are held when babies can sit up unassisted and are photographed in my home studio in Malvern East. At this age we can photograph babies playing, sitting in props, smiling, maybe crawling, giggling, baby legs and so much more.
At this young age baby photography sessions are conducted super quick as babies get so tired and stimulated from everything so at Niki Sprekos Photography I ensure your little one is always looked after.

It is recommended that baby photography is done ideally within the first 6 to 12 months. As babies get older they are harder to photograph and move around too much. In addition, at this age they are usually more tolerant of strangers. After about 1 years of age, they can go through a little separation anxiety and all they want is Mummy or Daddy. This stage can make it more difficult to capture their personality.
