Important Session Info:
– the session is limited to 5 people only
- additional people cost $50 per person.
- one family per Christmas mini session (no mixed families unless you book back to back sessions)
ADD ons:
– Extra images for $50 per image or $150 for all
- Santa digitals $25 (This is an editing fee and paid in addition to the 5 images in package / extra image)

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE?
How long DO Christmas mini sessionS go for?
WHAT IS A CHRISTMAS MINI SESSION?
There is a maximum of five children per mini session. Sessions are generally for children only but I definitely encourage parents to participate. If you want mixed families you will have to book back to back sessions.
A mini session is a smaller photoshoot with a shorter timeframe. This mini session is specifically themed around Christmas. If you are after a full session that is not themed please view the other types of shoots and pricing page for further information about other sessions.
The session run for 15-20 minutes. You must arrive on time and ready. Each session is carefully scheduled to allow enough time for your family, as well as cleaning and resetting the studio before the next booking. If you're late you will lose some of your session time. I will not under no circumstance go over anyone else's time slot.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT ON THE DAY?
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE IMAGES?
CAN I HAVE VARIOUS CHRISTMAS SET UPS?
There will be various Christmas set up on the day as listed. I do this to ensure my images are kept clean, simple and minimalistic, which is perfect when using these images for your Christmas Cards!
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your session and time slot.
If you can’t attend, your $150 deposit can be transferred to a gift voucher for a future session (not a mini session).
Your private online gallery will be sent within 2 weeks of your session. From there you can select your 5 images for me to edit or upgrade and purchase more images. These images will then become available for download only.
CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL IMAGES?
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN't coopereate?
Yes you can. Further information on upgrades will be emailed out with your gallery link.
Children can be unpredictable, and while I’ll always do my best to capture beautiful images, I cannot guarantee how your child will behave during the session.
If your child is unwell on the day, please contact me to reschedule. Your payment can then be transferred towards a future full session.
Please remember that this is a home studio and children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times.
My Christmas sets, props and studio equipment are carefully prepared for your session and need to be treated with care. Parents are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring they do not climb on, pull apart, damage or break any props or studio items.
With back to back sessions, I also need to keep the studio safe and ready for the next family. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour can affect your session and the quality of your images.
If you or your children are unwell or showing any signs of illness, please do not attend the studio. Contact me to reschedule your session.

This year we have beautiful sets ready to rock your Christmas mini sessions, we will most likely only be able to do 3-4 maximum depending on time but will be able to get through three 100%.
Set up 1 – Christmas Backdrop (first backdrop as it is elaborate to set up)
Set up 2 – Garland with pillows (option to add milk & cookies)
Set up 3 – Christmas wreath (option to add sleigh or reindeer)
Set up 4 – Santas Letter Box
Set up 5 – Christmas Digitals with Santa
Set up 6 – Candy Canes (set up for babies that cannot sit upright)

Reschedules / Illnesses
If you are UNWELL OR SHOWING SIGNS OF ILLNess, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO
If you are unwell please let me know and I MAY BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE.
If shoots cannot go ahead due to unforeseen ILLNESS BY PHOTOGRAPHER your deposit will be refunded.
Studio will be cleaned after every session and Hand sanitizer
will be available
