Session / Booking Fee
In order to book your session, I do require a session fee to be paid.
This fee reserves your spot in my calendar, ensuring you don’t miss a time slot in my calendar.
This fee also includes my time and talent prior, during and after your session.
You are investing in over 14 years of photography experience, my signature style, handling newborns and camera expertise.
Fee Includes:
- Session consultation via email or phone
- Session preparation & planning
- Use of my client wardrobe
- Custom photography session
- 1 hour photographic session
- Culling, editing and preparation of your gallery
- Creating and finalising your images for your album, prints or art work
Please note:
- The session fee does not include any products or digital files.
- Limited to 5 people (additional members cost $50 each)
- Sessions are held Monday to Friday only, no weekends available.

Available for all sessions to allow you to feel beautiful and incredible.
My client wardrobe has beautiful items can be worn for either maternity, newborn or family sessions. All items are very giving and can adjust to fit most sizes. When you come into the studio you are more than welcome to try any on and see how they look and feel.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY MATERNITY SESSION?
WHERE ARE MATERNITY SESSIONS HELD?
If possible, book in early, ideally around your 20 week scan. This will ensure your spot is reserved and it allows us to keep in touch and review how your feeling. I want to ensure you receive the best experience possible.
Maternity sessions are held in my home studio in Malvern East. The studio is the perfect environment as it is private, relaxing and has the best natural light. The studio is open Monday to Fridays only.
I do not do on location sessions.
WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO HAVE MY MATERNITY sESSION?
ARE PARTNERS & SIBLINGS INCLUDED?
Yes everyone is included at no additional cost. I always encourage partners to be involved as they're the images that have the most love and emotion.
The best time to schedule a maternity photoshoot is around 28-36 weeks, when your tummy is nice and round and you are feeling comfortable. But as we know every woman carries differently. Some women that carry small and gain little weight may schedule their session later and women who grow faster may choose to come in a little earlier. That is why I suggest booking your session early to ensure you’re booked in for that month. We can always change your date closer to the time if needed.
DO YOU HAVE ANY MATERNITY OUTFITS?
Yes, we have outfits available in the studio which you are more than welcome to borrow. Before your session I will provide you with a preparation guide which will have styling tips and wardrobe choices to ensure we capture your beautiful bump in a natural, and modern way. We always recommend that you bring along outfits that you love and adore from home and of course your underwear.
CAN I BOOK A NEWBORN SESSION TOO?
Yes of course! I have a special for clients that book a newborn and maternity session together. For further information please get in touch.
HOW LONG DOES A MATERNITY SESSION LAST?
Melbourne maternity photography sessions take around 1 hour and are held in my home studio in Malvern East, Melbourne. These sessions are held Monday – Fridays only. I do not work on weekends.
SHOULD I BOOK A HAIR & MAKEUP ARTIST
You are very welcome to have your hair and make up done. I work closely with a few hair and make up artists and I would be happy to provide you with their details.

This is a big investment and understand that you may want to say hi before handing your babies to me for photographs.

Maternity Packages
Packages are in addition to the session fee, keep reading below for all the maternity pricing options.
Session fee is separate to the packages to provide families peace of mind that you are not locked into any package in particular. The minimum amount required at your session is the minimum package. Once you see your images, you can then select and upgrade into any package.
I sell prints, frames, canvas, albums, etc. All these can be viewed at my home studio and pricing information will be available at the viewing of your gallery
