Rules of Entry

In order to enter during the giveaway period, the entrant must:

1. Follow Niki Sprekos Photography Instagram Account @nikisprekosphotography
2. Comment on the main giveaway post on Instagram what type of shoot you want to win @nikisprekosphotography
3. Complete the Form on Niki Sprekos Photography Page, link to form in Instagram Profile.

Extra entries include:

1. Tagging a friend in the comments of the main giveaway post on @nikisprekosphotography
2. Repost the giveaway post to stories tagging @nikisprekosphotography

There is no limit on the number of entries per person. If participating in the tag a friend optional entry method one tag equates to one extra entry.

A random prize draw will occur 8:00 PM AEDT on 19 August 2022.

Winners will be notified via Instagram Stories and Email no later than 21 August 2022.

ELIGIBILITY/ENTRY

1. Entry is open to residents of Melbourne only. Voucher of session will be emailed direct to the winner. Individuals must be 18 years or over and have an Instagram account in order to access the promotional page.
2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Niki Sprekos Photography and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. Niki Sprekos Photography is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion.
4. Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group.
5. Eligible Entrants on notification of winning must provide their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify their entry in the Promotion.
6. Niki Sprekos Photography reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an: entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Niki Sprekos Photography to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Niki Sprekos Photography reserves the right to remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or defamatory nature.
8. It is a condition of entry that the winner may be required to provide valid identification to claim the prize.

WINNER SELECTION

1. The prize winner will be determined by random, using a random number generator.
2. All of Niki Sprekos Photography’s decisions are final and binding on each person who enters the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Niki Sprekos Photography may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, then Niki Sprekos Photography will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.

PRIZES

1. Photographic Voucher is not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
2. The gift voucher will be emailed direct to the winner within one month of the winner being selected.
3. The gift voucher must be used within 12 months and expires on 31 July 2023
4. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
5. Niki Sprekos Photography makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize, except for any express manufacturer's warranty as may be included with the prize.
